Unassigned Trips Report Page
This report displays all the trips that have not been assigned a purpose.
Report Criteria
| From Date | Trips starting on or after this date will be included. |
| To Date | Trips starting on or before this date will be included. |
| Vehicles | The vehicles to produce the report for, leave empty to produce a report for all vehicles. |
| Vehicle Groups | The vehicles groups to produce the report for, leave empty to produce a report for all vehicle groups. |
| Drivers | The drivers to produce the report for, leave empty to produce a report for all drivers. |
| Driver Groups | The driver groups to produce the report for, leave empty to produce a report for all driver groups. |
Report Summary Fields
| Prepared On | The date that the report was run. |
| Reporting Period | The date range that the report covers. |
| Total Trips | The total number of trips in the report. |
Report Row Fields
| Driver | The driver name. If the drivers name is not available their user name is displayed. |
| License Plate | The license plate that the trip was completed with. |
| Start Date | The date that the trip started. |
| Start Location | The trip start address. Not displayed for other logbook users private trips. |
| End Date | The date that the trip ended. |
| End Location | The trip end address. Not displayed for other logbook users private trips. |
| Start Odometer | The odometer reading taken at the start of the trip. |
| End Odometer | The odometer reading taken at the end of the trip. |
| Distance Travelled | The total trip distance travelled. |
| Trip Duration | The trip duration diplayed in hours and minutes. |
