Trip Summary Report Page
This report displays summary information for each vehicle that has one or more trips assigned.
Report Criteria
| From Date | Trips starting on or after this date will be included. |
| To Date | Trips starting on or before this date will be included. |
| Show business | Show data for business trips. |
| Show Private | Show data for private trips. |
| Enable User Period Filter | If enabled, excludes the trips outside the drivers user period filter. The excluded trips are still considered 'assigned' but they will not be attributed to that driver. |
Report Summary Fields
| Prepared On | The date that the report was run. |
| Reporting Period | The date range that the report covers. |
| Vehicles | The number of vehicles in the report. Also included is the percentage of total vehicles that the report covers. |
| Trip Types | The type of trips included in the report. |
| Total Trips | The total number of trips used to provide data for the report. |
Report Row Fields
| License Plate | The vehicle registration number. |
| From | The date of the first trip. |
| To | The date of the last trip. |
| Initial Odometer | The odometer reading taken at the start of the earliest trip. |
| Last Odometer | The odometer reading taken at the end of the latest trip. |
| Trips (B | P | U) | The total number of trips. Business, personal and unassigned. |
| Business Trips | The distance travelled for all business trips. |
| Private Trips | The distance travelled for all private trips. |
| Unassigned Trips | The percentage of distance travelled for unassigned trips. |
| Business % | The percentage of distance travelled for business trips. |
