Once logged on, the following main menu options are available.

| Logbook Entries | View and edit your logbook entries. |
| Reports | View the reports menu. |
| User Administration | Assign permissions to your users. |
The logged in database name is shown at the top-right of the page. There are also options for sending a helpdesk message and logging out of the FBT Logbook portal.
