Trip Detail Report Page
This report displays log details for a specific vehicle.
Report Criteria
| From Date | Trips starting on or after this date will be included. |
| To Date | Trips starting on or before this date will be included. |
| Vehicle | The vehicle to produce the report for. |
| Enable User Period Filter | If enabled, excludes the trips outside the drivers user period filter. The excluded trips are still considered 'assigned' but they will not be attributed to that driver. |
Report Summary Fields
| Prepared On | The date that the report was run. |
| Reporting Period | The date range that the report covers. |
| Vehicle | The name of the vehicle the report is for. |
| Total Trips | The total number of trips used to provide data for the report. |
Report Row Fields
| License Plate | The vehicles license plate number. |
| Driver | The driver name. If the drivers name is not available their user name is displayed. |
| Trip Type | The type of trip. May be business or private. |
| Start Date | The date that the trip started. |
| Start Location | The trip start address. Not displayed for other logbook users private trips. |
| End Date | The date that the trip ended. |
| End Location | The trip end address. Not displayed for other logbook users private trips. |
| User Period Filter Start | If a driver has a 'start' period filter then only assigned trips equal to or later than the filter date are included in the report. Unassigned trips are not affected. |
| User Period Filter End | If a driver has a 'end' period filter then only assigned trips before the filter date are included in the report. Unassigned trips are not affected. |
| Distance Travelled | The total trip distance travelled. |
| Trip Duration | The trip duration diplayed in hours and minutes. |
| Trip Purpose | The trip purpose. |
| Trip Groups | The groups the trip belonged to when driven. |
| Comment | A comment. |
