Trip Business Detail Summary Report Page
This report displays summary information for each driver and vehicle that has one or more trips assigned.
Report Criteria
| From Date | Trips starting on or after this date will be included. |
| To Date | Trips starting on or before this date will be included. |
| Enable User Period Filter | If enabled, excludes the trips outside the drivers user period filter. The excluded trips are still considered 'assigned' but they will not be attributed to that driver. |
Report Summary Fields
| Prepared On | The date that the report was run. |
| Reporting Period | The date range that the report covers. |
| Vehicles | The number of vehicles in the report. Also included is the percentage of total vehicles that the report covers. |
| Total Trips | The total number of trips used to provide data for the report. |
Report Row Fields
| License Plate | The registration number of the vehicle at the time of the trip. |
| Driver | The driver's name, if available. |
| User Period Filter Start | If a driver has a 'start' period filter then only assigned trips equal to or later than the filter date are included in the report. Unassigned trips are not affected. |
| User Period Filter End | If a driver has a 'end' period filter then only assigned trips before the filter date are included in the report. Unassigned trips are not affected. |
| License Plate | The vehicle license plate. |
| Trips (B | P | U) | The total number of trips. Business, personal and unassigned. |
| Business Other | The distance travelled for all business trips except Home-Work Business. |
| Home-Work Business | Business trips with the Home to Work � Business purpose. |
| Private Trips | The distance travelled for all private trips except Home-Work Private. |
| Home-Work Private | Business trips with the Home to Work � Personal purpose. |
| Unassigned Driver | The unassigned trip distance based on driver. |
| Unassigned Vehicle | The unassigned trip distance based on license plate. |
| Total Trip Km | The total trip Km. |
